Shipping Policy

At BT and Company, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted products—from our fresh herbal teas to luxurious candles and nourishing hair oils. Our goal is to get your items to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days)

Please note: Expedited options may not be available for all product types or remote locations.

Packaging & Freshness

  • Herbal Teas: Sealed airtight to preserve flavor and potency.

  • Candles: Carefully cushioned to prevent breakage and preserve vessel integrity.

  • Hair Oils: Bottled and wrapped securely to avoid leakage during transit.

Each item is lovingly packaged to reflect our dedication to quality and care.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only. We are working on expanding internationally—please stay tuned for updates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

General Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products particularly herbal teas, body oils, and candles we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Rahmed@btancompany.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Return Eligibility

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you with an update. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
